Membership Director
OVERVIEW:
At the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, I directed membership sales and hospitality operations for The American Pavilion, a PMC media brand, hosting 30+ events and serving 1,200+ international clients and guests.


Challenges:
• Driving AmPav membership sales through outbound marketing and engagement.
• Managing front-of-house operations for thousands of guests, sponsors, and VIPs in a high-volume, world-class festival environment.
• Coordinating event programming, staffing, and onsite operations for 30+ celebrity panels and events in collaboration with IndieWire, Rolling Stone, Variety, and Deadline.
STRATEGY:
• Oversaw 25+ staff and interns, implementing SOPs and shift schedules for efficient workflows.
• Redesigned and directed all outbound marketing and digital campaigns with IndieWire to boost membership signups and attract premium sponsorships.
• Collaborated with Penske Media and Cannes organizers to align sponsor activations and security.

RESULTS:
• Delivered seamless service for 30+ panels and programs across the festival while overseeing AmPav's largest membership in 25 years.
• Managed guest operations for 1,200+ international members, including leading all special event operations, private buy outs, and security teams.
• Led to AmPav’s highest grossing festival to date, strengthening visibility through integrated marketing and sponsor partnerships.
