OVERVIEW:
After working as a contracted sales and marketing consultant, I launched and led client accounts and new business development for a boutique creative studio specializing in hospitality, travel, and lifestyle brands.


Challenges:
• Expanding a boutique studio’s client base in a competitive creative agency market.
• Managing existing accounts and business development efforts while expanding all digital marketing (social, newsletter, website, etc) initiatives.
• Building robust outreach systems and CRM from scratch on limited budgets to sustain growth and scale operations.
STRATEGY:
• Built an AI-driven email marketing platform reaching 2,000+ prospects/month.
• Produced client proposals, newsletters, and campaigns that highlighted creative value and ROI.
• Acted as primary liaison across sectors including luxury travel, non-profit, and consumer brands.

RESULTS:
• Increased overall annual revenue by 12% via biz dev-driven account growth and new partnerships.
• Sold and produced award-winning campaigns, with budgets ranging $200k to $1.4m, for clients like Goop, Celebrity Cruises, Vogue, and Ferrari, including Booking.com's 2022 Super Bowl campaign.
• Personally managed $2.5m client book while establishing sales infrastructure and that supported long-term business development.
