OVERVIEW:

I launched a hospitality-focused blog that evolved into a bespoke consultancy offering sales, marketing, and branding support to companies entering the travel and hospitality markets.

Challenges:

• Transforming a passion project into a revenue-generating free lance venture and consultancy.
• Developing and differentiating strategic services in a competitive digital marketing and branding space.
• Leveraging existing contacts in hospitality and travel industries to find partnership opportunities for clients.

STRATEGY:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify expansion opportunities for companies in health-tech, sales, and creative production.
• Develop digital content campaigns, newsletters, pitch decks, and websites using various digital design tools, CMS, social, and CRM tech stacks.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by aligning strategy with emerging hospitality trends and contacts within the industry.

• Secured corporate partnerships for clients in health-tech sectors (WEconnect + Huddle House)
• Grew the consultancy’s reach by publishing original thought leadership and articles in industry outlets.
• Offered Accounts Director position from Little Bear after securing meetings with brands like Marriott, Patagonia, North Face, and Bonterra Vineyards.
