OVERVIEW:
After receiving my M.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management, I was recruited to launch and manage Four Corners’ first upscale nightlife and vibe dining concept, driving revenue growth through creative programming, brand partnerships, and private event bookings.


Challenges:
• Introducing a brand-new upscale nightlife concept under a bar group in a crowded Chicago hospitality market.
• Building nightlife and day party operations and programming from scratch while meeting high revenue targets.
• Recruiting, training, and leading a large team in both guest services and event execution.
STRATEGY:
• Designed and implemented operational systems, event programming, and nightlife activations to attract target audiences.
• Coordinated with entertainment, marketing, and brand partners to differentiate the venue and build loyalty.
• Oversaw staff recruitment, onboarding, and training to create a high-performing team culture.

RESULTS:
• Achieved $10M+ in first-year gross revenue, exceeding targets despite a delayed opening.
• Established the property as the top-performing nightlife destination within the Four Corners portfolio.
• Developed and Launched "Fremont Brunch," overtaking previous project (ROOF Sundays) as Chicago's premier day party event, which remained Four Corner's highest grossing weekly programming until property sold in 2022.
